Eagle Logic makes PRIOR, a licensed, self-hosted control plane for the open-weight language models teams run themselves. Instead of filtering text or bolting on a second guardrail model, PRIOR reads the intent of each request and steers the model (or refuses) from inside, before any output is produced. It logs every decision and adds no latency when nothing fires.

Prompt instructions are only suggestions, and text filters check the wrong thing; PRIOR works from inside the model instead. A built-in gate reads a request's intent to decide whether it's within your policy, and then steers the outcome deterministically inside the model. When no policy applies, PRIOR is a byte-for-byte no-op. It ships as an OpenAI-compatible container, verifies its license locally (with a fully air-gapped tier for disconnected deployments), and writes a durable audit trail of every decision. PRIOR is patent pending.
